STYLE | Dry Irish Stout, a dark beer that gets its characteristics mostly from the roasted barley which gives it its back colour and brings out roasted flavours.
BACKGROUND | With Larger and Päle inspiration attributed to Ben, Fredrik and Andreas it was only fair that the fourth co-founder Steve got a beer. Being from Ireland a stout was a natural option. Deep was the first ever guest beer to be poured at the Guinness brewery in 2016.
TASTING NOTES | There are seven malts used to brew Deep making it one of the most complex beers in our core range. Some of these malts are cold steeped to bring out their rich, dark colours. These malts work together to give notes of coffee, the bitterness of dark chocolate, and liquorice.
