FAQs

How come you’re not offering an equity based fund?

There's a place for equity based crowdfunds but investors only receive a return if the company sells and we don't have plans on the horizon for doing that so would rather give a guaranteed reward now. 
Where can we redeem our bar tabs?

Bar Tabs can be spent across multiple venues; 40ft Taproom - Dalston, Dalston Rooftop and 40ft Taproom Walthamstow. 
How long are the bar tabs valid?

Bar Tabs are valid for 5 years. 
What can the bar tabs be used for?

The bar tabs can be spend on all drinks at the taprooms. Unfortunately food is not included as these are provided by separate businesses at each site. 
Can the tab be used for take away cans? 

Yes, you can buy cans from our taproom for takeaway. 
I’d love to support but I’m not in London, is there anything for fans like me?

We’ve thought about this and, whilst it’s not as much fun as being at one of our venues, our BEER CAN TRAVEL reward is our attempt to keep the UK wide friends part of things.
What is a B Corp Certified Company?

We’re proud to say that 40ft Brewery is officially a Certified B Corporation. Over the past year, we’ve taken a hard look at how we run our business — from our environmental impact to how we support our team, choose suppliers, and show up in our local community. The B Corp certification recognises the work we’ve done (and continue to do) to build a business that balances purpose and profit.
